This isn't an office or retail-based role. Instead, you'll engage with people face-to-face in communities across Birmingham, including busy shopping areas, residential neighbourhoods, and other public spaces where people live, work, and shop.

No previous sales experience is required. Full training, ongoing coaching, and structured development will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for graduates, career changers, and individuals looking to build a long-term career.

Why Join?

  • Representing nationally recognised charities with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Raising awareness of campaigns, missions, and community impact
  • Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
  • Answering questions and providing clear, accurate information
  • Supporting new supporters through a professional sign-up process
  • Working towards individual and team performance goals
  • Participating in daily coaching, training sessions, and team meetings

Skills You'll Develop

This opportunity provides practical experience that can support future careers in sales, business development, customer success, account management, marketing, and leadership.

You'll develop:

  • Face-to-face sales and customer engagement skills
  • Professional communication and relationship-building
  • Customer acquisition and consultative selling techniques
  • Brand awareness and community outreach experience
  • Confidence, resilience, and problem-solving abilities
  • Teamwork and performance-focused working practices

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

  • Friendly, confident, and approachable
  • Strong communicators who enjoy working with people
  • Motivated to learn and develop new skills
  • Positive, reliable, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
  • Interested in building a long-term career in sales or customer engagement

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions, or sales is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Earnings & Benefits

  • Total earnings of up to £1,935 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
  • Full-time opportunity
  • Comprehensive training programme
  • Ongoing coaching and mentoring
