Site Manager – Social Housing South Birmingham

£32.00 per hour – Umbrella CIS - 6month contract

I'm working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a busy planned works programme across South Birmingham.

You'll be taking the lead on site, overseeing a programme of roofing, window and door replacements across occupied social housing properties. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to keep projects moving, manage subcontractors and maintain high standards of quality, health & safety and resident satisfaction.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing or planned maintenance.

  • Strong background in roofing, window and door replacement programmes.

  • Confident managing subcontractors and day-to-day site activities.

  • SMSTS qualification.

  • Gold or Black CSCS card – essential.
