FOSTERING MANAGER – REGISTERED SOCIAL WORKER

Location: Birmingham
Salary: £70,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Fostering Manager to join a well-established private fostering agency based in Birmingham.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Social Worker with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.

The Role:

• Provide leadership and management to the fostering team.
• Oversee fostering assessments, approvals and annual reviews.
• Ensure high standards of safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
• Support, supervise and develop social work staff.
• Drive quality assurance and service improvement.
• Ensure the highest standards of care and support for foster carers and children.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered).
• Significant experience within fostering services.
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of fostering regulations and Ofsted requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children.
