Senior Family Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Family Solicitor to join a growing team, managing a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters.

You will have at least 8 years’ PQE and strong experience in divorce, financial remedy proceedings, high-net-worth matters, asset division, pension sharing, cohabitation disputes and pre/post-nuptial agreements.

You will be confident managing complex cases independently, conducting negotiations and representing clients in court where required, while delivering exceptional client care.
The role will also involve developing professional referral networks, contributing to business development and supporting junior colleagues.

About you:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 8+ years' Family Law PQE
• Extensive private family law experience
• Strong technical, negotiation and advocacy skills
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently and as part of a team

Resolution membership, Family Law Accreditation and experience supervising junior colleagues would be advantageous.
