Our client, a well-established and growing business in their market, is looking for a Finance Business Partner to work closely with senior stakeholders, translate financial data into commercial insight, support strategic decision-making, and develop their career within a collaborative environment that values unique contributions and rewards exceptional performance.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insight and challenge to support commercial decision-making.
• Own the budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting process for your allocated business area.
• Produce clear, timely and accurate management reporting, including monthly variance analysis and commentary.
• Support the development and tracking of business cases, investment proposals and return on investment.
• Identify cost savings, margin improvement and revenue growth opportunities.
• Partner with the wider finance team to ensure a smooth month-end close and the integrity of management information.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards that give budget holders visibility of performance.
• Contribute to the finance transformation agenda, driving continuous improvement in reporting and planning processes.
• Coach and support budget holders to improve their financial understanding and accountability.
• Maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders across operations, sales and leadership teams.

Key essentials of the Finance Business Partner:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Proven experience in a business partnering or FP&A role
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Excel skills, with experience of financial modelling
