Guiding newly acquired advice firms through seamless operational transition, this Integrations Training Consultant role is field-based across the UK with extensive nationwide travel. You will deliver hands-on coaching and systems training to planners and operational staff, offering real impact right at the point of growth.

Your purpose

As an Integrations Training Consultant, you will ensure acquired businesses adopt group systems, processes, and standards smoothly. Working directly with financial planners, paraplanners, and support teams, you deliver on-site training and guidance during critical change periods. Between integrations, you contribute to wider business-as-usual learning initiatives, driving consistent operational excellence and best practice across the national business.

Your day to day

- Deliver hands-on training workshops and coaching on-site for newly acquired firms during operational integration.

- Train colleagues on back-office systems, financial planning software, and compliant advice processes.

- Produce clear process guides, training manuals, and practical resources to support change adoption.

- Collaborate with integration leads and operational managers to align training schedules with project milestones.

- Evaluate training effectiveness and deliver virtual refresher sessions or drop-in clinics where needed.

Integrations Training Consultant Requirements

- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential).

- Proven track record training, mentoring, or coaching staff within regulated financial planning firms (essential).

- Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning, client servicing, and regulatory compliance standards (essential).

- Willingness to spend 3 to 4 days away weekly during 4 to 6 week integration projects (essential).

- Practical experience with systems like Intelligent Office, Dynamic Planner, CashCalc, or FE Analytics (desirable).
