Graduate Land & Property Analyst

An excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to build a career in property, planning, land management or infrastructure.

We are recruiting for an established organisation delivering specialist land and property services across major UK infrastructure projects.

This is graduate calibre opportunity offering exposure to land ownership research, planning information, mapping systems and project delivery. You will join an experienced team, developing valuable technical and analytical skills.

Your role will entail:

• Researching and analysing land ownership and property information.
• Review maps, plans and land records to ensure accuracy.
• Support the delivery of infrastructure and planning projects.
• Working with geographical information systems (GIS) and project databases.
• Liaise with clients, planning professionals and other stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate reports, records and project documentation.
• Support occasional site visits across the UK.

We are particularly interested in graduates from Geography, Environmental Science, Planning, Property, Land Management or similar backgrounds.

Applicants will have:

- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.

- An interest in geography, property, mapping or infrastructure.

- Confidence working with data, plans and detailed information.

- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.

- Strong communication and organisational skills.
