Location: Longbridge, Birmingham

Salary: Salary of £29,000 plus uncapped bonus structure

We are seeking an experienced and confident B2B Telemarketer to join us, working out of an office based in Longbridge. The successful candidate will engage senior decisionmakers, establish credible business relationships and generate well-qualified appointments for our sales team.

This position is suited to an accomplished appointment setter with a proven ability to conduct purposeful business conversations, meet performance objectives and communicate effectively with directors, business owners and senior managers across a range of industries.

·      Conduct targeted outbound B2B calls to prospective clients.

·      Establish rapport with senior decision-makers and gatekeepers.

·      Assess prospective opportunities and arrange qualified appointments for the sales team.

·      Maintain accurate CRM records and comprehensive call notes.

·      Work consistently towards agreed daily and weekly KPI targets.

·      Manage follow-up activity and nurture prospective client relationships.

·      Represent the business in a professional and credible manner at all times.

·      Demonstrable experience in B2B telemarketing or appointment setting.

·      Proven ability to engage directors, business owners and other senior decision-makers.

·      Excellent communication, active listening and influencing skills.

·      A confident, credible and professional telephone manner.

·      A resilient, self-motivated and results-focused approach.

·      Strong organisational and time-management capabilities.

·      Experience using CRM systems is desirable.

·      Full-time Salary of £29,000 with uncapped bonus potential.
