Data Analyst - #2188629

We are working with a client looking for a Reporting Analyst to help improve how they use data, deliver reporting and track business performance.

2-3 days onsite in Birmingham or Northampton

Up to £45k salary

You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, build clear Power BI dashboards and support the migration of existing reporting into Microsoft Fabric.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing Power BI reports and dashboards across key business metrics and KPIs.
• Supporting the consolidation and migration of reporting into Microsoft Fabric.
• Working with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and turn data into useful insights.
• Reviewing existing reports and encouraging self service reporting.
• Investigating data anomalies and ensuring reporting is accurate, relevant and consistent.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills and a good understanding of relational databases.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to investigate and explain data issues.
• A proactive approach and confidence working with stakeholders across different teams.
