An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join an established specialist team in Birmingham.
Strong hybrid working mix available!
You will work on a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims, helping clients pursue justice while developing your legal expertise in a supportive professional environment.
The Role- Manage clinical negligence claims from instruction through to resolution.
- Investigate claims and assess liability and quantum.
- Work with clients, medical experts and colleagues to progress matters.
- Deliver excellent client care and achieve positive outcomes.
- Qualified Solicitor with clinical negligence experience - NQ through to Associate and Partner level considered.
- Strong legal, communication and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Passionate about providing a high standard of client service.
