£60,000 to £65,000

Remote working UK (Some travel to client sites)

Robert Walters have partnered with a leading business in there search for Project Manager with experience working in a SaaS business to support with their global project delivery. This role is a unique blend of technical and client facing roles.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client needs and expectations, fostering positive relationships, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
• Own the delivery of several engagements, managing scope, schedule, risks, and issues to ensure delivery is aligned with our contractual commitments.
• Have a constant overview of the budget of the engagements you manage, creating and monitoring billing plans to understand the actual VS planned revenue and take actions proactively as needed.
• Collaborate with presales activities when required.

Role qualifications:

• Strong communication & active listening skills
• Ability to successfully take both agile and waterfall approaches as needed, depending on the nature of the project and contract.
• Effective budget, risks, and issues management skills, with a high level of proactivity and adaptability to solve problems and make sound decisions.
• Experience working as a Project Manager in a Software focused or SaaS based business.
