Part Time SEN Teacher Year 8 - #2186128

We are working on behalf of an SEN school who are looking for a teacher to carry out long-term cover on an ongoing basis.
The details are as follows:

• The school is based approximately a 15-minute drive from Birmingham city centre and is located in the north of the city
• The role is to start as soon as possible and will be teaching one of the school's year 8 classes
• The role is part-time, 2days a week, Wednesday and Thursday of each week on a term-time only time sheet basis
• You will be teaching a class of Year 8 pupils who have SEN, including SLD, MLD, and ASC
• All students have an Education Health Care Plan or are in the process of receiving one and the class is supported by at least two full-time Teaching Assistants
• The school are looking for someone who is experienced in teaching and nurturing pupils with complex SEN and Hays Education will require recent school-based references that reflect that experience
• The school is well resourced and hugely supportive of any staff working on a temporary basis
