Multilingual Outbound Customer Service Advisors - #2185086

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a progressive and growing organisation based in Birmingham, recruiting for multiple Outbound Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis.

We are looking for confident, enthusiastic individuals who are fluent in French, German, Spanish, Italian or English to support customers and businesses across different markets.

Job Role

• Making outbound calls and sending emails to businesses to generate interest
• Communicating confidently with businesses in your relevant language
• Asking questions to understand customer needs and identify opportunities
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with potential clients
• Booking meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects
• Keeping CRM systems updated with accurate information
• Handling questions and overcoming objections professionally
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve targets and improve results

Skills and Experience

• Fluent in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian or English
• Previous outbound calling, customer service, telesales or sales experience is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking with customers and businesses over the telephone
• Positive, self-motivated and target-driven approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computer systems and CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport and adapt your communication style to different customers
