Red Recruitment is recruiting an Onboarding Agent to join our client, a leading training provider, on a remote-hybrid basis from their Birmingham office.

You will support learners right at the start of their apprenticeship journey, guiding them from application through to their start date and ensuring a smooth and welcoming pre-start experience.

This is an opportunity for someone with great customer service skills and excellent attention to detail.

After 1-2 weeks initial training in the Birmingham office you will predominantly be based from home, with occasional visits to the office for company meetings etc.

Benefits and Package for an Onboarding Agent:

• Salary: £26,000-£28,000 depending on relevant experience.
• Bonus: Up to £6,000 annually, paid monthly (£500 maximum per month), based on quality and productivity. Historically achievable.
• Total potential package: £32,000-£34,000.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
• Location: Birmingham- hybrid/remote working

Key Responsibilities of an Onboarding Agent:

• Manage learners through the pre-start process from application to start date
• Speaking to both learners and their referees
• Assisting learners with any queries ensuring a great learner experience
• Completing all required documentation to deadlines
• Working with colleagues, managers and other internal stakeholders

Key Skills and Experience of an Onboarding Agent:

• Previous experience in an office-based customer service role
• Excellent communication skills and confidence
• A love of managing multiple tasks to deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• A collaborative attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience within apprenticeships or education is desirable but not essential
