I'm working with a highly regarded, Legal 500-recognised law firm in Birmingham that is looking to strengthen its established Real Estate team with the appointment of a Commercial Property Solicitor.

This is a great opportunity to join a successful and growing practice, working alongside an experienced team on a varied mix of quality commercial property matters. The department advises an impressive range of clients, from developers and investors to landlords, tenants, corporate occupiers and SME businesses.

There's plenty of variety to the work, genuine client exposure and the opportunity to develop your career within a well-established team that places real value on collaboration and high-quality client service.

You'll handle a varied commercial property caseload, with the opportunity to get involved in a range of transactions and work closely with clients and colleagues across the wider firm.

Matters will include:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.

  
  
  

• Landlord and tenant work, including leases, renewals, assignments and licences.

  
  
  

• Commercial property investment and development transactions.

  
  
  

• Advising corporate clients on property aspects of business acquisitions and disposals.

  
  
  

• Title investigations, due diligence and reporting.

  
  
  

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial property documentation.

  
  
  

• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

  
  
  

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, build lasting client relationships and play an active role in the continued development of the department.

We're keen to hear from Commercial Property Solicitors who are looking for a new challenge and can demonstrate:

• Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales.

  
  
  

• Experience handling a range of commercial property transactions.

  
  
  

• Strong technical ability and attention to detail.

  
  
  

• A commercial and pragmatic approach to advising clients.

  
  
  

• Confidence in managing client relationships and taking ownership of matters.

  
  
  

• A personable, proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.
