FP&A Analyst

A fast-growing business is seeking a qualified FP&A Analyst to bridge Finance and Data, shaping forecasting, reporting and decision-making as it scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop the budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes
• Deliver actionable insight on revenue performance and commercial drivers
• Partner with senior commercial leadership to understand pipeline, conversion and profitability
• Build robust financial models to support growth and funding strategy
• Act as the key link between the Finance and Data teams, defining requirements for dashboards, reporting and data models
• Develop scalable reporting through BI tools
• Streamline and automate manual reporting and reconciliation processes
• Improve the speed and accuracy of month-end and reporting cycles
• Help implement and optimise FP&A and finance systems as the business grows

Key Requirements

• Qualification: ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
• Technical skills: Strong FP&A experience in a commercial or high-growth environment; solid grasp of P&L drivers, cash flow and financial control; experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker; comfortable with large datasets from multiple sources; exposure to SQL, Python or data modelling is a plus
• Working pattern: Full-time, office-based (5 days a week on site)
