I'm currently working with a leading national law firm looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join its highly regarded Birmingham team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm that genuinely does things differently.

The Opportunity

You'll join a large, established national Real Estate team, working closely with Partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters.

The work will include:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and lease renewals
• Asset management and portfolio transactions
• Commercial and residential development projects
• General commercial real estate transactions
• Building relationships with a diverse client base across multiple sectors

Who Are We Looking For?

Ideally, you'll be a Commercial Property or Real Estate Solicitor with 1–4 years' PQE, although applications from candidates with slightly more or less experience will also be considered.

You'll have experience in commercial property transactions, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in developing your career within a collaborative national team.
