Birmingham | £42,000 – £47,000 depending on experience | Flexible and hybrid working, full-time or part-time (minimum 80% FTE)

Hunter Dunning is working with an established, employee-owned architectural practice to recruit a Senior Architect in Birmingham. This opportunity is suited to an experienced, job-running Architect with a strong background in either residential or healthcare design, project leadership and client management. You will lead projects across all RIBA stages, working within a collaborative studio environment.

Your Experience

• Qualified to RIBA Part 3 level
• Minimum five years post-qualification architectural experience
• Demonstrable residential architecture experience
• Strong Revit skills and technical drawing capabilities
• Experience delivering large scale residential or healthcare projects
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships
