Property Litigation Paralegal - #2183294

We are working with a City law firm who are looking for a property paralegal to join them on a permanent basis.
You will be working within their Housing Management and Property Litigation team in their Birmingham office. You will have the opportunity to work alongside solicitors on their current case load but also, assisting on brining on new clients.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Drafting and preparing claim forms, pleadings, and witness statements,
- Preparing trial bundles,
- Liaising with courts ahead of trials,
- Maintaining files,
- Conduct advocacy in the County Court on routine matters.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2.1 or equivalent at degree level and ideally have completed the LPC.
It is essential you have a minimum of a years’ experience working with a similar setting and ideally focusing on housing management and/or property litigation.
