An excellent opportunity for a hands-on Finance Manager to join an established and growing privately owned business.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll take ownership of the finance function, lead and develop the team, and provide the financial insight needed to support business performance and future growth.

Key areas include:

• Management accounts and financial reporting

• Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow

• VAT, PAYE and CIS

• Year-end and audit

• Financial controls and process improvement

• Team leadership and development

• Commercial analysis and Board-level support

This could be a great next step for an experienced Finance Manager looking to move into their first Financial Controller role, or an existing FC looking for a broad SME opportunity.

Experience within construction, distribution or a similar environment would be advantageous.
