Are you an experienced Employee Benefits professional looking for your next career move?

I'm working with a growing organisation looking to bring an Employee Benefits Account Manager into its expanding team.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of clients, build strong relationships and play a key role in delivering an excellent client experience.

You'll work closely with Consultants, clients, providers and HR teams, supporting everything from renewals and re-enrolments through to new client onboarding and changes to existing benefit arrangements. You'll also be involved in producing market analysis, policy summaries and recommendation reports, ensuring clients receive the very best service and advice.

We're looking for someone with previous Employee Benefits experience, ideally across a range of product lines. You'll be highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Just as importantly, you'll be a great communicator with a proactive, customer-focused approach and a real eye for detail.

Location: Birmingham: 3 days per week in the office initially, reducing to 2 days per week once you're fully up to speed.
