Client Network Group is recruiting for its Entry Level Management programme following continued business growth. During the past six months, we have expanded into three new markets, with two further UK launches planned before the end of the year.

This creates an opportunity for ambitious individuals to develop practical experience across business management, leadership, campaign management and operations while working towards greater responsibility.

What the role involves

Your responsibilities will develop to include:

• Supporting campaign planning and daily operations
• Reviewing results, KPIs and performance information
• Helping coordinate team activity and campaign objectives
• Maintaining professional client and brand standards
• Contributing to team briefings and performance reviews
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and people development
• Learning account management, budgeting and client reporting
• Developing leadership, coaching and decision-making skills

Your management development

Training is practical and supported by one-to-one coaching from experienced managers.

As you progress, your exposure will expand across:

• Team leadership and performance management
• Business development and commercial awareness
• Recruitment and onboarding
• Campaign budgets and financial performance
• Account management and client relationships
• Operational planning and reporting

Progression

Development is based on performance, reliability and leadership ability rather than time served.

• Corporate Trainer Build campaign knowledge, commercial awareness and leadership fundamentals
• Assistant Manager: Support recruitment, team performance, client reporting and campaign budgets
• Senior Manager: Lead a team, manage client relationships and take responsibility for hiring, budgets and profit-and-loss performance
