CQC Dual Registered Manager – West Midlands

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated CQC Dual Registered Manager to lead our services in the West Midlands who can combine strong leadership with practical knowledge of care delivery, compliance and effective management oversight.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident manager with a strong understanding of CQC requirements, proven inspection outcomes and the ability to maintain high standards across two services.

Experience and Knowledge Required

The successful candidate should have a proven record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings and be able to demonstrate a practical understanding of:

• Personal Care: Understanding the definition of personal care and how it applies to everyone's assessed needs.
• Prompting vs Physical Assistance: Understanding the distinction between prompting with supervision and physical assistance, including when each is required.
• Care Documentation: Ensuring personal care delivered is clearly evidenced in daily care notes and linked to assessments and care plans.
• Mental Capacity Act (MCA): Understanding how the MCA is incorporated into assessments, care delivery, decision-making and records.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager.
• A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
• A clear understanding of personal care assessments and delivery.
• Practical knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act (MCA).
• The ability to lead, support and develop staff teams.
• Strong organisational and management skills.
• The ability to maintain high standards and effective oversight across both services.
