Job Summary:


Role Overview:

Support the onboarding and ongoing development of a new Network Management System (NMS) as it transitions into the Network Cloud environment. Work closely with the Network Cloud team to manage onboarding activities, define connectivity requirements, configure firewall rules, support capacity planning, provision infrastructure, and enable user access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding of a NMS into the Network Cloud platform.
  • Assist with tenant connectivity, firewall configurations, and capacity planning.
  • Support server infrastructure activities, including VM provisioning and configuration.
  • Ensure user accessibility and access management.
  • Participate in system build, testing, deployment, and operational support.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of cloud architecture and cloud-based networking environments.
  • Understanding of system build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals.
  • Testing and troubleshooting experience.
  • Exposure to container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes preferred).
  • Good documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across infrastructure and cloud teams.
