Salary: £30,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Working Pattern: Hybrid (Monday & Friday from home, Tuesday to Thursday in the office)

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Support Executive to join their growing team. Working closely alongside Sales Executives, Tech Support team, and Account Managers, you will play a key role in supporting the sales function, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and manage customer quotations accurately and efficiently.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Executives and Account Managers.
• Maintain and update CRM systems and customer records.
• Process orders and sales documentation.
• Liaise with clients and end customers via telephone and email.
• Support the sales team with customer enquiries and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate information between departments to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
• Prepare reports and assist with sales pipeline administration.
• Ensure all documentation and customer information is maintained accurately.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience within Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service or Account Support.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident telephone manner and experience speaking with clients and customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and positive approach with a willingness to support the wider team.
