Graduate Trainer: Turn Your Tech Passion into a Career

Location: Midlands or South of the UK (with travel across the UK)

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000

Type: Full-time, permanent

Love tech? Want to get others as excited about it as you are?

Technology is changing faster than ever, and the people who can explain it clearly, confidently and with a bit of personality are in high demand. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Graduate Trainer to join our team and help businesses and individuals across the UK get to grips with the technologies shaping their future. You’ll learn the craft of training from the ground up, and we’ll invest in you every step of the way.

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering engaging training courses to a range of audiences, in person at client sites and venues across the UK
  • Breaking down complex topics, from AI to cyber security and beyond, into clear, practical and memorable sessions
  • Building your confidence as a presenter, facilitator and subject expert
  • Answering questions, sparking discussion and helping learners leave with skills they can use straight away
  • Keeping your own knowledge sharp as the technology landscape evolves
  • Representing our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and a friendly face

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to have stood in front of a room before. We’ll teach you that part. What matters most is who you are:

  • A recent graduate with a degree or course in AI, cyber security, computer science or a similar technology subject
  • Genuinely passionate about technology, and always curious about what’s next
  • A natural communicator who enjoys explaining things and helping others learn
  • Keen to build a long-term career as a professional trainer
  • Confident, personable and adaptable, with the energy to engage a room
  • Happy to travel around the UK as part of the role
  • Based in the Midlands or the South of the UK (ideally)

What you’ll get

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 – £40,000, depending on experience and skills
  • Full training and development. No prior training experience needed, as we’ll support you from your first observed session through to delivering solo
  • A clear path to grow your career in training, with real opportunities to deepen your technical expertise
  • Work that’s varied and interesting. No two weeks look the same, and you’ll meet people from all sorts of industries
  • A supportive, friendly team that wants to see you succeed

Ready to get started?

If you’re excited about technology and want to build a career helping others learn, we’d love to hear from you. Send us your CV along with a few lines on why you’d love to become a trainer. We care far more about your enthusiasm and potential than a perfect application.
