Multi Trade Operative - #2180023

We’re looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to carry out finishing works across Birmingham, working within social housing properties.
This Multi Trade Operative role is focused on completing finishing works to a high standard, so you’ll need to be confident in carrying out a range of maintenance and finishing tasks while working professionally within tenants’ homes.

The Multi Trade Operative role is offering the following benefits:

• £200 per day
• Immediate starts available
• Consistent, ongoing work
• Working hours of 8am–4pm
• Consistent work across Birmingham

As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:

• Carrying out finishing works within social housing properties
• Completing associated repairs and maintenance tasks
• Undertaking general finishing and making-good works
• Working within occupied and void properties
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

• A valid Blue CSCS Card – essential
• An NVQ Level 2 qualification – essential
• Previous experience as a Multi Trade Operative
• Their own van
• A full, valid driving licence
• Experience working within social housing or domestic properties
• The ability to travel across Birmingham

Location & travel
The work will be based across Birmingham within social housing properties. You’ll need your own van and a full, valid driving licence to travel between properties.
