Customer Retention Advisor – Insurance - #2180009

As an Insurance Renewals Advisor, you’ll handle inbound calls, support online sales, retain customers considering cancellation and identify opportunities to maximise renewals. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring every interaction meets FCA regulatory and compliance standards.

Salary: £25,700 salary, 24 days’ annual leave plus your birthday off, Pension, two charity volunteering days, group life assurance and a healthcare cash plan.

Location: 100% work from home / Remote

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 4 weekly shift pattern between 8am-6pm plus 1 in every 3 Saturdays 9am-1pm

PLEASE NOTE:You must be able to start on the 23 November so that you can be part of a 4-week onboarding / training program.

What We’re Looking For

Previous call centre experience is essential. Experience in sales, customer retention, insurance renewals or a target-driven customer service environment is highly desirable. You’ll be a confident communicator, resilient, organised and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
