We are looking for three experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Fitters to join our team, carrying out kitchen and bathroom installations across the Midlands within the social housing sector.

Candidates must be confident fitting both kitchens and bathrooms and be able to deliver high-quality installations with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities of the Kitchen & Bathroom Fitters: 

• Install kitchens and bathrooms to a high standard.
• Carry out removal, preparation and installation works as required.
• Complete flat-lay flooring installations.
• Carry out associated plumbing, fitting and finishing tasks within your skill set.
• Ensure work is completed in line with job specifications and agreed timescales.
• Maintain a clean, safe and tidy working environment.
• Work professionally in residents' homes and minimise disruption.
• Identify and report any defects or additional work requirements.

Requirements of the Kitchen & Bathroom Fitters: 

• Proven experience fitting both kitchens and bathrooms.
• Ability to install flat-lay flooring is essential.
• Experience with cap-and-cove flooring is desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage jobs efficiently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
