We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our clients growing team.

This is a varied role supporting multiple departments, with responsibility for reporting, rebate management, operational administration, HR support, and ad hoc business projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage rebate tracking, calculations, and reporting across multiple accounts and projects
• Produce daily, weekly, and ad hoc performance reports
• Support operational teams with order processing and urgent requests
• Assist with HR administration, including employee documentation and record management
• Maintain accurate product data and internal systems
• Prepare performance reports, tracking documents, and leaderboards
• Provide flexible administrative support across the business

About You:

• Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Commercial Administrator or similar support role
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, formulas and data analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling large volumes of data
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively across different teams
• Proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
