Project Coordination/EA

We're delighted to be working with our client who is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator/EA to join their well-established, international business.

This is a varied role combining high-level Executive Assistant support with hands-on project coordination. Working closely with the Head of Function and senior leaders, you will help coordinate key initiatives, manage stakeholders and ensure projects, meetings and deadlines run smoothly.

The role will entail:

  • Managing complex diaries, inboxes and meetings for senior leaders.
  • Coordinating workshops, site visits, briefing materials and meeting packs.
  • Providing governance and secretarial support, including agendas, minutes and action tracking.
  • Maintaining project plans, trackers, risks and reporting deadlines.
  • Managing confidential information and documentation.
  • Coordinating stakeholder engagement, onboarding and business activities.
  • Supporting projects and change initiatives through effective planning, organisation and communication.

Applicants must have experience supporting senior leaders as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a professional environment, with exposure to projects, change or transformation.
