Gate & Barrier Engineer – Midlands

£40,000 Basic + Overtime + Call-Out Payments + Company Vehicle

Marble Talent Group is recruiting for an experienced Gate & Barrier Engineer to cover the Midlands, joining an established business specialising in access control and automated entry systems.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on engineer looking for a competitive basic salary, additional earning potential through overtime and call-out payments, and a company vehicle.

The Role

• Service, maintain and repair automated gates and barriers.
• Carry out fault-finding and diagnostics on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs.
• Install and commission equipment where required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Provide excellent customer service across customer sites throughout the Midlands.
• Participate in a call-out rota.

About You

• Experience servicing, maintaining or repairing automated gates, barriers or access control systems.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• A professional, customer-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence.
