  • Deliver an exceptional resident experience, creating a welcoming and community-focused environment.

  • Manage maintenance activities, contractors and service partners to ensure the property is well maintained.
  • Drive occupancy, resident retention and rental performance to maximise asset value and commercial success.
  • Oversee marketing, lead generation and leasing activity, ensuring strong conversion rates and minimal void periods.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs and contribute to achieving income and financial performance targets.
  • Lead, develop and support onsite team members, fostering a high-performing and customer-focused culture.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, local businesses, contractors and key stakeholders, acting as the face of the community.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience motivating, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Commercially minded with a track record of driving occupancy, resident retention, leasing performance and financial objectives.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with residents, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
