An excellent opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor looking to build their experience within a supportive, well-established team, with the opportunity to take ownership of their own caseload while benefiting from close guidance and mentorship from an experienced fee-earner.

We're working with a well-established Worcestershire firm looking to welcome a Litigation Solicitor at NQ-2 PQE. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in a friendly, hands-on environment where they'll have the support around them to grow in confidence, broaden their experience and take on genuine responsibility from the outset.

You'll work closely with an established fee-earner, gaining valuable insight and support while managing your own files and building strong relationships with clients. The role offers a varied mix of contentious work, making it particularly well suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, client contact and seeing matters through from start to finish.

• Managing your own caseload of contentious matters, including civil litigation, employment matters and wider dispute resolution.

  
  
  

• Working closely with clients, providing clear advice and a reassuring, professional point of contact throughout their matter.

  
  
  

• Working alongside an experienced fee-earner, with access to guidance, support and ongoing mentorship.

  
  
  

• Taking ownership of deadlines, prioritising competing demands and ensuring matters progress efficiently.

  
  
  

• Contributing to a collaborative team environment, with a strong emphasis on client service and quality of work.

  
  
  

• Newly qualified or with up to 2 years' PQE in litigation.

  
  
  

• Comfortable handling a varied caseload of contentious matters, with a willingness to continue developing your expertise.

  
  
  

• A confident communicator who enjoys working directly with clients.

  
  
  

• Organised, proactive and able to manage deadlines while maintaining high standards of work.

  
  
  

• A personable team player who values collaboration and is keen to learn from experienced colleagues.
