What you'll do:

• Manage a broad caseload of suspected fraudulent motor insurance claims, acting on behalf of major UK insurers with precision and care.
• Investigate and defend against a wide spectrum of fraud types ranging from opportunistic individual claims to complex organised crime rings.
• Identify key fraud indicators within claims and develop robust case strategies that support clients' anti-fraud objectives.
• Deliver commercially focused legal advice tailored to the needs of clients under Delegated and Non-Delegated authority agreements.
• Take ownership of predominantly litigated claims involving fraud concerns, ensuring each case is handled with diligence and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively across multiple clients while maintaining clear communication as a trusted point of contact throughout the claim process.
• Meet billing targets, time recording budgets, and key performance indicators with accuracy and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with ongoing technical and regulatory developments relevant to motor fraud litigation.
• Engage with law enforcement agencies such as IFED and Regional Fraud Teams to disrupt organised fraud networks effectively.
• Contribute positively to the team's culture by aligning with principles of clarity, creativity, determination, and support.
