  • Identifying practical improvements to how the team plans, collaborates and delivers.
  • Communicating progress, risks and issues clearly to colleagues and stakeholders.

About you

You will bring a strong software development background and the ability to earn the trust of technical colleagues. You should be comfortable balancing delivery commitments with quality, supporting developers and addressing challenges directly.

We are interested in hearing from candidates with:

  • Experience as a Software Development Manager, Development Team Leader or Technical Lead with leadership responsibilities
  • Strong commercial experience in C# and  .NET cote with familiarity across MVC and SQL
  • Experience of sprint-based software delivery
  • The ability to coach colleagues, provide constructive feedback and create clear expectations
  • A practical approach to prioritisation, problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Clear communication skills and the confidence to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
