I'm currently working with a leading, multi-office Legal 100 law firm looking to appoint a talented Senior Associate to its established Family team in Birmingham.

The Opportunity

You'll be joining an established and supportive Family team, working on a varied caseload of high-quality private family matters, including:

• High-value divorce and financial remedy proceedings.
• Complex financial settlements involving substantial assets, property portfolios, pensions and business interests.
• Divorce and separation matters for high-net-worth individuals.
• Negotiating financial settlements and advising clients on complex matrimonial issues.
• Building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients and professional referrers.
• Working collaboratively with experienced Family specialists across the firm's national office network.
• Playing an active role in the continued growth and development of the Birmingham Family practice.

I'm keen to speak with experienced Family Solicitors who:

• Are currently operating at Senior Associate level or are ready to make that step.
• Have strong experience advising on private divorce and financial matters.
• Are confident handling high-value or complex matrimonial cases.
• Have excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Are commercially minded and interested in developing their practice.
• Have ambitions to progress towards Legal Director or Partnership.
