Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, are recruiting an organised and proactive Scheduler (Asset, Data & Surveys) to coordinate inspection programmes for a nationwide team of building surveyor on a government contract.
This is a scheduling and coordination role, involving regular communication with surveyors by phone to arrange inspections, manage appointments and ensure they have the equipment and information required to carry out their work. You will manage multiple schedules, monitor inspection progress and ensure building defects, compliance issues and survey findings are accurately recorded within our asset management systems.
Key Responsibilities

- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve queries and support the effective delivery of survey programmes.
- Produce schedule updates and reports, highlighting outstanding inspections, overdue actions and potential issues.
About You
We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and experience coordinating schedules for technical or field-based teams.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience scheduling work for building surveyors, engineers, maintenance teams, inspectors or similar technical professionals.

- Confident telephone communication skills and the ability to liaise regularly with a nationwide workforce.
- Experience using a CAFM, IWMS or asset management system. Maximo experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and databases.
- The ability to manage competing priorities, resolve scheduling challenges and keep activities on track.
