If you're organised, comfortable working from established procedures, and confident handling day-to-day administration with a professional touch, Our Client is looking for a Temporary Admin Officer to join a supportive environment in Birmingham. This role offers the chance to bring clarity to busy processes-while exercising some independent judgement under general supervision.
What you'll be doing:
* Collate and review fairly complex information or data, then submit results in written reports
* Oversee administrative procedures and processes to keep things moving smoothly
* Support post opening and prep activities, including scanning of documents
* Prepare and send routine correspondence
* Send out post, including using a franking machine
* Act as an administrative liaison between internal and/or external sources
* Help with budget preparation and control *if required*
* Carry out general administrative support and ensure details are correct, even when using generic templates
What you'll bring:
* Administrative experience with a good knowledge of, and confidence using, Microsoft Office
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral
* The ability to follow set procedures while using independent judgement when carrying out instructions
* A careful, methodical approach to scanning, checking details, and preparing documents
