We are currently recruiting a Workshop Hand for an assignment with Precision Ceramics, a leading technical ceramic manufacturing business based in Birmingham (B19).
This role is essential in supporting daily workshop and warehouse operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining production and warehouse floor areas.
- Carrying out general site tidying, waste management, and light labouring duties.
- Supporting the workshop team with ad-hoc operational maintenance tasks as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in general labouring, site cleaning, or a workshop/warehouse environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a strong work ethic.
- Physical capability to undertake light manual handling and standing duties throughout the shift.
- Immediate availability to start.
