You'll also help strengthen the practice's reputation in the education market and its ability to win new work, networking across the sector and getting involved with the developing relationships across the region

This is a key hire within an expanding education portfolio, with clear opportunities for professional development and a route towards Associate level.

  • Produce and coordinate drawings, layouts, schedules, reports and technical information
  • Lead and take part in design reviews, workshops and stakeholder engagement, working with clients, contractors, school users, DfE representatives and consultants
  • Deliver robust, compliant and buildable solutions, spotting and resolving design and technical issues early
  • Support studio leadership with team resourcing, programme and deliverables
  • Mentor and guide junior colleagues, sharing technical and project knowledge to support their development

About you

  • 5 + years post-qualification experience, with a proven track record in the Education sector

  • Experience of education frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Confident in Revit and BIM workflows, with strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate design information clearly
  • A collaborative approach to working with clients and the wider project team
  • Keen to contribute to studio culture beyond project work
