£40,000 - £50,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Company Car

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across a healthcare territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business across NHS Trusts, hospitals and healthcare providers.
• Build relationships with clinical, procurement and key decision-making stakeholders.
• Deliver product demonstrations, evaluations and training.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to account development.

Essential Experience

• Proven field sales experience within the health and medical field.
• Previous experience selling into NHS Trusts, Hospitals, Community Healthcare or Healthcare Providers.
• Strong track record of driving new business and managing existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence and Right to Work in the UK.

Experience selling products such as:

• Vascular Access
• IV Therapy / Infusion
• PICC Lines
• Catheters / Urology
• Wound Care
• Stoma Care
• Continence Care
• Infection Prevention
• Patient Monitoring
• Surgical or Critical Care Products

Must live within a 50-mile catchment of Birmingham
