Working closely with the Finance Director of this profitable, privately-owned, company based in Birmingham, the Finance Manager will have broad and varied responsibilities including assisting in the preparation of the monthly profit and loss reports, reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts, accruals/prepayments, cashflow, and work-in progress.

The role will suit a team player individual comfortable working 'in-office' 5 days a week. You should offer strong IT skills, and a clear communication style, and at ideally at least 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
