We’re looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Planner to join our Repair Operations Planning team.

You’ll coordinate repairs, maintenance, servicing and compliance work, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and completed on time. Working with operatives, contractors and colleagues, you’ll balance priorities, resolve problems and help deliver a reliable service for customers.

No two days will be the same. You’ll adapt to changing priorities, use your judgement and keep customers informed.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule and allocate work to operatives, engineers and contractors.
• Balance workloads, appointments and compliance deadlines.
• Monitor outstanding work and identify potential delays.
• Adjust schedules in response to emergencies and changing priorities.
• Coordinate follow-on work across teams and trades.
• Arrange appointments and keep customers informed.
• Consider customer vulnerabilities and individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and service partners.
• Identify improvements to efficiency and customer service.

What You’ll Need

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good judgement and attention to detail.
• A customer-focused, flexible and solution-oriented approach.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and databases.
• The ability to remain calm in a busy environment.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn.

Previous planning or scheduling experience is beneficial but not essential. We welcome applicants with transferable skills from customer service, logistics, housing, repairs, administration or coordination roles.
