Skilled Careers is hiring Call Handlers on a temporary basis, for a local authority from within the West Midlands Region, my client specialises within the upgrades of properties throughout Birmingham and surrounding areas

Immediate Start - Temporary Role with potential for permanent

Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm

Location: Regal Court, Sovereign Road, B30 3FJ

Hourly Rate: £16.64 PAYE 

The Role:

• Inbound and outbound calls, scheduling tenant visits
• Providing outstanding customer service and answering any queries regarding tenant issues
• Inputting customers details accurately and scheduling time slots for appointments using CRM Systems
• Hitting daily, weekly KPI's, dealing with high volume of calls Daily 

To be successful within this role you will need to:

• Using the training provided navigate through our bespoke systems
