Application Support Analyst – CAFM | Birmingham

Location: Birmingham – Hybrid/Remote with occasional site attendance

We are recruiting for an experienced Application Support Analyst – CAFM to join a specialist Applications Support team on an initial contract with potential for extension.

You’ll provide day-to-day support for a CAFM estate, resolving incidents, managing configuration, supporting users and contributing to system improvements.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on CAFM experience within Facilities Management

• Knowledge of PPM, asset management, reactive maintenance and work orders

• MRI Concept/Evolution experience desirable, not essential

• Strong troubleshooting and data-handling skills

• Experience supporting end users and operational teams

• ServiceNow/ITSM experience desirable

• Exposure to data migration, integrations, Power BI or SQL is advantageous
