The opportunity:

We're looking for an experienced SEO Manager who knows their stuff technically but can also see the bigger picture.

You'll take ownership of SEO strategy and delivery across a diverse portfolio of clients, combining technical SEO, content optimisation and data-driven insights to deliver meaningful results.

With AI changing the search landscape, you'll also have the opportunity to get stuck into GEO, AEO and the future of search, helping clients stay ahead of the curve.

This isn't a role where you'll be hidden behind a screen! You'll be working directly with clients, building relationships, presenting recommendations and collaborating with specialists across paid media, content, creative and PR.

What we're looking for:

• Solid SEO experience gained within a digital or marketing agency.
• Strong technical SEO skills, alongside experience in content strategy, on-page optimisation and link building.
• Confidence using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
• An understanding of AI-driven search, GEO and AEO, and a genuine interest in how search is evolving.
• A commercially minded approach, with an appreciation of how SEO works alongside PPC and paid social.
• Great communication skills and the confidence to manage client relationships and present your ideas.
