Rollout / Deployment Engineer - #2172518

Immediate start - 3 months with potential of extension

My client is looking for an experienced Rollout / Deployment Engineer. Based in Central Birmingham, with easy access to commuter links, this is a hybrid role with 3 days on site / 2 days remote.

The role is a combination of project support and help desk support with the majority of the focus on project support. You will be assisting with the rollout and integration of AI across the business (CoPilot) along with device management, updating the asset register, ensuring process and protocols are both followed correctly and updated when required. Supporting the Infrastructure Manager with the IT infrastructure for the entire organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
*MS In tune / Entra experience
*CoPilot rollout experience
*AI integration experience
*Helpdesk ticketing experience (ideally NinjaOne)
