As a Geotechnical Design Engineer, you will:

• Undertake geotechnical assessments, calculations and design solutions for a variety of projects.
• Review ground investigation data and interpret soil and ground conditions.
• Prepare technical reports, design documentation and engineering recommendations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients and contractors.
• Support site investigations and ensure designs meet relevant standards and safety requirements.

Requirements

To be considered for this Geotechnical Design Engineer opportunity, you will need:

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in geotechnical engineering, design or ground engineering.
• Strong analytical, technical report-writing and problem-solving skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Full right to work in the UK, without sponsorship.
• To live in or near Birmingham, with the ability to commute to the office.
