Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to successful loan drawdown—working closely with internal underwriting and operations teams.
  • Market & Competitor Insight:
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform your strategy and drive competitiveness.
  • CRM & Reporting:
Accurately maintain records in our CRM system (Lendfusion) and provide regular performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Internal Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with colleagues in underwriting, operations, and marketing to ensure a seamless introducer and borrower experience.
Skills & Experience Essential:

  • Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently
  • Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office proficiency and willingness to learn
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regularly across your territory
  • Ability to work effectively from home and collaborate virtually with wider teams
Desirable:
  • Existing network of high-quality introducers in the region
  • Professional qualifications such as CeMAP or CeRER
